This article details how Society for Development Alternatives had recently organised a job fair and placement drives in
Gautam Buddha Nagar, India as part of its Skills to Livelihood Programme with the support of Bridge2Naukri (www.bridge2naukri.com).

To bring about maximum conversion, the job fair was organised on 23 March 2022 in Salarpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, where our trained students from nearby Skills Development Centres at Baraula and Salarpur participated.Sixty-five candidates participated in the job fair for 60+ job openings with 8 employers. In this, 59
candidates had secured their jobs. 

Twenty trained Yuvakendra – Khora Colony candidates participated in the placement drive on 25 March,
2022. Out of which 19 participants were selected for the job role telecalling executive for the inbound
and outbound support process. All selected candidates accepted the offer and joined at various locations
in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
