The COVID Cost for Our Youth: Helping Young Workers Take Their First Step onto the Labour Market (World Employment Conference 2022)

31 May 2022 - 31 May 2022

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, young people who graduated in 2020, 2021 and even 2022 have missed out on what makes the transition from education to the labour market so special and memorable. For many, the transition is not even happening at all, as they struggle to find work opportunities, navigate online interviews, and remote onboarding.

This session will look into the steppingstones needed to help the so-called ‘lost generation’ make their first successful step onto the labour market, and present concrete initiatives from the HR Services Industry ensuring that our youth is moving towards decent and fulfilling work.

Looking forward to joining such experts at #WEC2022Brussels to discuss The COVID Cost for Our Youth: Helping Young Workers Take Their First Step into the Labour Market!
