This platform aims to make tourism high-quality education more affordable and accessible, as well as aligned with the private sector needs.

It currently offers a portfolio of 22 courses from top universities on vocational and managerial skills in languages such as English, Spanish and Arabic.

Since its launch in 2019, over 15,000 students from 191 countries have benefited from the training opportunities in both vocational and managerial levels.

UNWTO is closely working with IE University, Sommet Education, Swiss Education Group, Cornell University, Catholic University of Chile, Externado de Colombia University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Northwestern University, amongst other to upload more courses.

Furthermore, a Scholarships Programme has been put into place, providing 3.300+ certificate scholarships specially to Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) that received 2.000 from the total.
