What is it?
This report highlights findings from a cross-country analysis of skills acquisition and employment outcomes of participants in Save the Children’s Skills to Succeed (S2S) programme, which equips disadvantaged young people with skills, networks, and opportunities they need to get a job or build a business. In particular, this study uses the Employability Assessment Tool (EA Tool) to measure changes in basic employability skills that programme participants received.
