What is it?

This programming note focuses on the ILO’s work in promoting productive employment and decent work for youth in four key areas prioritized by the EU and its Member States: digital economy, green economy, rural economy and fragile situations.

The ILO has the directive, breadth of know-how and global network of constituents and partners needed to scale up youth employment sustainably, and to address the many decent work deficits young people face today:
