What is it?
The compendium consolidates lessons learned, good practices, and policy guidance on refugees' and forcibly displaced persons' (FDPs) access to the labor market. It draws insights from response programs since 2013, focusing on governance, economic policies, labor rights, equality of opportunities, and partnerships. Information is gathered from interventions in regions like Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, and areas affected by the Venezuelan displacement. The goal is to advocate for integrating employment and decent work into comprehensive refugee response strategies and to reinforce coordination within the relevant organizations.
