Wired 4 Work! (W4W!) is an initiative led by Plan International. It aims to provide a step change in Plan’s youth employment programming while increasing reach, insights, efficiency, accessibility, replicability and customization of training through innovation and technology. W4W! targets vulnerable youth, especially women, in Indonesia and the Philippines.

This infogrphic is to provide an overview of the implementation of the W4W! project and its positive impact on youth employment to mobilze resources and appeal continuous support. 

Plan targets Jakarta, Semarang and Lombok where the program can build on existing engagement of Plan with the private sector and benefits of employment opportunities for vulnerable youth. W4W targeting to bring benefit to in total 35,000 youth beneficiaries accross Indonesia, 10,266 is direct beneficiaries who receive full support from recruitment untill placement (75%  young women) in Jakarta, Semarang and Lombok in 3 sectors; hospitality, retail and ICT.
