What is it?
The Work 4 Progress (W4P) program led by the Development Alternatives is a pioneering initiative of “la Caixa” Foundation to accelerate the creation of meaningful and dignified employment through platforms for innovation, action and continuous learning.
Since 2017, W4P has demonstrated the effectiveness of its participative methods to accelerate development of micro enterprises, and of its community ownership approach to sustain them subsequently. The methodology has been shown to work in a wide variety of social, economic and resource endowment contexts.
