What is it?
The Brief summarizes five ways in which private companies are stepping in to support youth in these difficult times: These include 1) Support for Digital Skill Building, Online Learning/Training and Employment for Youth; 2) Support to Build Resilience among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; 3) Support for Youth Focused NGOs; 4) Immediate Emergency Support to Public Authorities; and 5) Internal Measures to Ensure Business Continuity within the Organizations.
The objective of this Brief is to a) acknowledge the work our private partners are doing to support youth; and b) enable partnerships between these private sector-led initiatives and other S4YE partners/organizations/World Bank/IFC teams who are working towards the same goal.
