What is it?

This evaluation of The Skills to Succeed (S2S) global youth economic empowerment program investigates outcomes of the program in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mexico, and Vietnam from 2015 to 2021.

S2S equips deprived and at-risk adolescents and youth with the skills and job linkages they need to find decent jobs or build their own businesses and break the intergenerational cycle of poverty. S2S offers employability, entrepreneurship and vocational training, on-the-job training, career counselling and mentoring, business start-up services, and job linkages to in-school and out-of-school youth aged 15-24.
